Job summary

Sasha Bruce Youthwork is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Street Outreach Program in Washington, DC. You will lead outreach efforts, supervise SOP staff, and coordinate with partners to engage disconnected youth in DC and Prince George's County. This exempt role reports to the Program Manager, Bruce Empowerment Zone.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with outreach, harm reduction, and youth services. Valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Street Outreach Program (SOP) activities in Washington, D.C. and Prince George's County, MD.
• Develop and implement outreach plans and maps for target youth.
• Provide supervision and support to SOP staff and volunteers.
• Enter and maintain client data in HMIS and other trackers within 24–48 hours.
• Represent Sasha Bruce on citywide committees and participate in trainings.
