Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in street maintenance work with leadership skills.
• Sufficient education or vocational training plus leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Street Department operations in a safe and skilled environment.
• Prepare bid requests and procure materials and equipment for the department.
• Coordinate work status and resource allocation with the supervisor and crewmembers.
• Monitor crew attendance and overtime; enforce department policies.
• Instruct and train crew members; ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship.
• Assign tasks based on crew abilities and monitor performance.
