Job summary

StreamLabs, a Chubb company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to safeguard product excellence and reliability across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer experience teams to drive continuous improvement and robust quality systems.

You will lead QA activities, track KPIs, participate in audits, and train staff on standards and inspection techniques to maintain top-tier quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving QA processes.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Train staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Track and report on KPI quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports).
• Assist with internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).
• Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support supplier quality management and conduct supplier audits or inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Address customer complaints related to product or service quality.
