Job summary

Kelly Education is hiring substitute teachers for the Greater New Haven area in Connecticut. No prior experience is required, and substitutes provide essential coverage so students continue learning and growing each day. You’ll be part of a team that helps classrooms run smoothly and maintains district policies.

Positions offer flexibility in scheduling, the chance to work across multiple districts (Bridgeport, Stratford, Norwalk), and weekly pay with professional development opportunities.

• Competitive daily rates vary by district: Bridgeport $150/day, Stratford $125/day, Norwalk $120/day.
