Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP’s Value Creation team is offering a Value Creation Intern position with Stax Transactions in the United States. You will support engagements focused on revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, while gaining hands-on exposure to private equity portfolio companies and market research.

As a member of the team, you’ll develop foundational consulting skills, including problem solving, financial analysis, and client-ready deliverables, under mentorship

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in strategy consulting, private equity, value creation, commercial excellence, pricing, growth strategy, financial analysis and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement teams with research, analysis, and deliverable preparation.
• Work on engagements that vary by industry, business model, growth opportunity, and strategic priority.
• Assist with due diligence, cost optimization, synergy assessment, and integration/separation workstreams.
• Develop financial models and client-ready analyses.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other client deliverables.
• Shadow client sessions and capture notes and follow-ups for the team.
• Learn consulting methodologies and value creation frameworks.
