Grant Thornton’s Customer Transformation Intern program invites you to solve real business challenges and create value for clients across marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, develop frameworks, and apply data analytics to drive insights.

Based in Bellevue, WA, this internship follows a hybrid model with in-person collaboration required several days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Digital fluency with technology, data, and basic AI tools.
• Ability to work in teams and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
