Capgemini is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant (R2R) to partner with international clients on reengineering R2R processes and delivering finance transformation projects. You will participate in operating model design workshops and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions, collaborating with Finance, IT, and client SMEs.

The role requires 5+ years in finance transformation or R2R, strong ERP experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications
