You will work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications that deliver measurable business value. A high level of English proficiency and strong communication skills are essential. Polish language skills are a plus.* Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API.* You will build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and serving.* Ensuring solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices will be central to your role.* Staying current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends is key to continuously improving development practices.## **Your profile*** Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on expertise in Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.* Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX) and MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.* C1-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.* GCP Professional Certification.* Proficiency in Python, with experience writing production-grade code including REST APIs and microservices.***Nice to Have**** More than one GCP Certification.* Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS.* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run) and CI/CD pipelines.
