Job summary

North Highland Consulting is seeking a Manager, Management Consulting to help translate strategy into value for premier clients. You will lead program and project efforts, manage diversified stakeholder groups, and drive results with on-site client teams.

The role emphasizes top-quality delivery, risk management, and profitability while enabling career growth within a collaborative, community-focused environment. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across engagements and client teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Subject matter expertise in Program/Project management.
• Experience leading engagements, managing teams, and delivering outcomes.
• Track record of building relationships with senior client executives.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs and grow opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead work streams with small teams using Program and Project management skills.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and data teams.
• Oversee activities of team members to deliver business outcomes and quality deliverables.
• Engage directly with clients as a visible team member and trusted advisor.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
• Build credibility and foster collaboration with clients and peers to support career growth.
