Job summary

Execor is a global organizational consulting firm that helps clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive performance. The Associate Consultant contributes to bids, account plans, projects and client engagements by carrying out targeted research and analyses.

This is typically the level for an experienced analyst, able to work with limited guidance and on own initiative. Work will be desk/office-based with some client interaction; opportunities exist to support business development and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous relevant business experience expected.
• Understand and apply standard solutions and product offerings relevant to a service line or expertise area.
• Identify and apply tools, techniques or procedures appropriate to assigned work.
• Recognize similarities between the client’s business and other clients/organizations in its industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work meeting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and organize work to fit the plan.
• Provide information or data to external clients as defined by a senior colleague.
• Share transactional information and respond to basic data or report questions; escalate client requests as needed.
• Support senior colleagues’ business development efforts, including client calls and proposal drafts.
