Job summary

ZS in New York is seeking a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant to help design and deliver real-world evidence solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will work on multiple projects, applying data analytics and rigorous research to shape recommendations.

The role offers hybrid work, travel for client engagements, and opportunities to grow in HEOR, RWE, and evidence generation while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong data fluency and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RWE, HEOR or life sciences consulting is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with pharmaceutical/biotech clients to translate RWE into insights.
• Support evidence generation across product lifecycles using RWD/RWE.
• Collaborate with HEOR scientists and cross-functional teams on analyses.
• Synthesize data findings into actionable business and clinical implications.
• Present insights clearly to clients and leaders; mentor junior staff.
