Talento, Inc. in Brickell, FL seeks a senior Strategy & FP&A leader to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational improvement across the branch. You will partner with the CEO, senior leadership, and Head Office to turn data into insight and shape decisions.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations, guiding the branch toward its strategic priorities with hands-on analysis and a focus on client experience and financial excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
  • MBA or CFA certification preferred.
  • 7+ years in strategy, FP&A, business management, or management consulting.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI and Balanced Scorecard frameworks.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO on the branch's strategic plan. Track progress on goals and report to Head Office.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting; analyze results vs. plan.
  • Drive Balanced Scorecard processes; set SMART objectives and monitor metrics.
  • Identify improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen client experience across the branch.

Location: Brickell, FL

Work Arrangement: 4x in office weekly

This role drives strategic planning, performance management, and operational improvement across the branch. It works directly with the CEO, senior leadership, and Head Office, turning data into insight, shaping decisions, and making sure strategic priorities are carried out.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & CEO Support
  • Partner with the CEO on the branch's strategic plan. Track progress on goals and lead the related reporting to Head Office.
  • Take part in strategy and leadership meetings, contributing analysis, forward-looking insight, and recommendations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for Head Office, regulators, and quarterly town halls.
Financial & Performance Management
  • Support the annual budget and interim forecasts. Analyze results against plan to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and own the monthly and quarterly performance reporting framework, comparing actual results to targets.
  • Lead the Balanced Scorecard process. Set SMART objectives, monitor results, and consolidate the performance metrics used for compensation and branch-wide evaluation.
  • Deliver timely analysis and ad hoc reporting on lending, credit, and account activity to decision makers at the branch and Head Office.
Operational Excellence
  • Identify and help put in place process improvements that increase efficiency across the branch.
  • Act as a resource to department heads on analysis, planning, and execution.
Client Experience
  • Lead the client experience measurement program (NPS, CSAT, CES), including survey design, feedback analysis, and improvement plans.
  • Map client journeys and segment the client base to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
  • Work with commercial, marketing, product, and service teams to put client experience initiatives into action.
Qualifications (suggested; confirm with client)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, FP&A, business management, or management consulting, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI and Balanced Scorecard frameworks, and executive reporting.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives, boards, or regulators. Familiarity with the regulatory environment for U.S. branches of foreign banks is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
