Uloop Inc. is looking for a Cash Management Sales Officer in Miami responsible for identifying and supporting cash management products for business customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with relationship officers, perform financial analyses, and contribute to the Bank’s growth strategies.
You will need a Bachelor’s degree, three years of banking experience, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish. This role also involves supervisory responsibilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The Cash Management Sales Officer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective commercial and corporate clients.
Supervise and provide ongoing coaching and support for the corporate Credit Analysts and Portfolio Manager.
This position may require direct supervisory responsibility according to department growth.
The degree of judgment is related to identification and definition of new problems of moderate complexity and the implementation of policies, strategies and working methods of general application, following specific operations procedures and guidelines. Also uses independent judgement in the application of policies and procedures to administrate moderate to complex situations related to staff relations in conjunction with other areas.
The impact of errors of this position would be able to affect the activities related to the position, main activities of other departments and activities with an impact to the main external clients. In addition, it would be able to affect the confidence and reputation of the client’s regulatory agencies.
