Job summary

Chase seeks a Business Strategy Manager (VP) to drive strategic planning, program management, and performance tracking across Engagement & Product Marketing. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee budgeting, and deliver executive-ready insights and reports.

You will partner with Brand, Finance, Data & Analytics, and HR to align resources and measure outcomes, while guiding a high-impact team in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology, or Business (or equivalent).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product marketing, strategy/ops, or related environment.
• Strong executive communication and problem-solving skills with KPI design and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cadences for Engagement and Product Marketing.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize work by impact, capacity, and dependencies.
• Co-manage the Marketing Intake forum and decision documentation.
• Lead team engagement forums, town halls, and learning initiatives.
• Oversee the program management portfolio, including leader communications and enablement.
• Manage finance forecasting and budget tracking to align resources and expenditures.
• Coordinate business reviews, executive presentations, and cross-line forums.
• Define and govern KPI frameworks and scorecards with targets and reporting.
• Deliver performance insights and lead special projects end to end.
