Chainguard is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to help shape and execute the organizational strategy across the Security Technology portfolio. Remote-first role with executive-level collaboration and cross-functional program leadership.

You will partner with the CISO and ST leaders on planning cycles, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives, certifications, and product launches while building scalable processes and governance.

• Proven track record of corporate strategy and program management experience at a high-growth startup or MBB consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: assist the CISO in developing and executing an organizational strategy across the Security Technology portfolio; run strategic planning cadences.
• Execution: drive cross-functional programs, manage dependencies, ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Organizational Infrastructure: design and improve ST communications, build the operating system for decision-making and prioritization.
