Uber Direct is building a scalable last-mile delivery network by partnering with merchants and leveraging Uber's logistics platform. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will drive process improvements and commercial velocity, work across multiple teams, and help develop business cases for product enhancements.

As a Strategy & Operations Manager on the team, you will help scale the business by driving continuous improvements (through both process and tech changes) and help scale the business by driving commercial velocity. You will work on operational improvements & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help us identify growth initiatives in new/existing partnerships and develop business cases for product improvement opportunities.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
