Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product operations, business operations, or program management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and business insights using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate annual, quarterly, and long-range strategic objectives into executable initiatives.
• Develop and track strategic plans, OKRs, operating reviews, and business priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps across the portfolio and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual operating plans, growth strategies, and investment prioritization decisions.
• Build executive-ready recommendations supported by analysis and business insights.
