McKesson is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with the VP/GM of MomentimRx, leading portfolio operations, planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination across product, tech, operations, commercialization, and finance.

In this role you translate executive priorities into actionable plans, drive accountability, monitor performance, and accelerate growth. The position requires strategic thinking, analytics, and executive communication in a matrixed environment.

Qualificações

7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product operations, business operations, or program management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Experience developing dashboards and business insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

Translate annual, quarterly, and long-range strategic objectives into executable initiatives.
Drive development and tracking of strategic plans, OKRs, operating reviews, and business priorities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps across the portfolio and recommend corrective actions.
Support annual operating plans, growth strategies, and investment prioritization decisions.
Build executive-ready recommendations supported by analysis and business insights.
