Job summary

Google Sunnyvale is seeking a Senior Product and Business Strategy Leader to coordinate cross‑functional teams and translate high‑level objectives into actionable roadmaps that empower Google’s Core product areas to innovate at scale.

You will analyze industry trends, develop business plans, and partner with engineers, PMs, UX and analytics to drive strategic initiatives, operating plans, and effective communications across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience working with data, analytics, and technical teams to identify and solve problems.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working in the AI industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Core strategy and operations initiatives by leading long-range and annual strategy planning processes.
• Act as a bridge across technical teams to support Core's strategic agenda.
• Synthesize massive amounts of data into insights that influence investments and trade-offs.
• Navigate ambiguous strategy projects and drive alignment on go-forward approaches.
