Job summary

Nourish is seeking a highly strategic, motivated Strategy & Operations Lead to drive high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution, shaping access to nutrition and cardiometabolic care nationwide.

You’ll join a fast-growing healthtech team, collaborate across functions, and own projects end-to-end in a central entry point for S&O. NYC-based with 3+ days/week in Gramercy office; some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or ops at high-growth firms.
• Strong analytical and structured problem solving; data modeling a plus (Excel/SQL).
• Excellent communicator who can translate insights into actions.
• Self-starter with bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
