Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within operations, or management consulting at a consulting firm.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and solve complex commercial challenges.
• Proven leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliverables.
• Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills.
• Ability to think independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to clients.
• Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Interface with clients to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities
• Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and observational analysis to develop actionable insights
• Create and deliver client presentations and recommendations
• Gather and analyse company, market, and industry data to support project delivery
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, and progress updates to ensure successful client engagements
• Support strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and cost reduction initiatives
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, sales materials, and client pitches
