• Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required.
• Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
• Designer and executer of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams.
• Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.
• Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
• Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing including Physician Preference Items within the operating rooms, and/or cardiac catheterization lab is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Able to travel 80% of the time
• Authorized to work in the US
