P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is seeking an Associate Consultant (m/f/d) in Strategy & Operations to join our global team. You will solve complex challenges across automotive and manufacturing projects, applying AI-driven analytics and data insights.

You will work on-site with clients, manage project phases from strategy to implementation, and travel up to 100% depending on client needs. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Gained practical experience through internships, co-op programs, or entry-level roles in automotive, manufacturing, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Implement consulting projects across areas such as project management, process optimization, logistics, digitalization, quality management, production, supplier management, connectivity, e-mobility, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
• Advise OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners in automotive and adjacent industries.
• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance decision-making, analyze and optimize processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop innovative concepts and methodologies to solve complex challenges.
• Support clients throughout all project phases—from strategy development to hands-on implementation.
• Work on-site with customers in their production environments to ensure practical solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact.
