Job summary

RSM is seeking a Strategy and Management Consulting Intern to work with mid-sized businesses across diverse industries, gaining hands-on client experience with direct access to executive management. You will be assigned to multiple projects and make meaningful contributions beyond a single task.

Qualifications

• Working towards a BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Math, Organizational Development, Supply Chain or related field.
• Travel to assigned client locations locally and nationally is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and conduct management consulting projects based on client needs.
• Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges.
• Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
• Conduct benchmarking research and analysis for IT spending, trends and industry practices.
• Provide leadership in working with solution vendors.

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent in related field (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, CS, IS, Economics, HR, Math, Organizational Development, Supply Chain or related)
