RSM is seeking a Strategy and Management Consulting intern to gain hands-on client experience with mid-sized businesses across diverse industries. You will work on multiple project pieces and interact with executive management, contributing to real client outcomes.

You will join RSM's Management Consulting practice, focusing on business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives while collaborating in a respectful, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources, Math, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and conduct management consulting projects based on client needs.
• Facilitate user workshops to gather business requirements and challenges.
• Assist project teams in scoping, benefits, and risk analysis of proposed projects.
• Conduct benchmarking and IT spend analysis.
• Prepare client reports and present results and recommendations.
