• Shape strategic choices on where to play, how to win, and required capabilities and operating model.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and craft a clear point of view.
• Size markets, model financial scenarios, and build business cases for major client decisions.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, including AI spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build analytical foundations by synthesizing market dynamics, competitive signals, and financial data.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate complex ideas simply and drive executive decisions.
• Lead and structure workstreams from framing to delivery, ensuring client readiness and coherence.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day and mentor multidisciplinary teams; travel 40–50% (up to 80%).
