Epsilon is seeking a Digital Strategy Intern to join the CRM & Audience Strategy Team. You will support projects across a client team, participating in a formal 11-week Intern Program with hands-on training and networking opportunities.

Overview

Epsilon is seeking a Digital Strategy Intern to join the CRM & Audience Strategy Team. As an intern, you’ll support the team in a variety of projects immersed in a client team.

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands‑on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full‑time employment.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

• Innovate with purpose: AsaStrategy Internyou willsupport both CRM & Audience teams by developing comprehensivecampaignstrategies that include audience segmentation, data personalization and owned channel tactics.
• Impact: Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external agency partners to shape and run go‑to‑market CRM and audience strategies that ladder up to client goals for 2026. You'll help connect the dots for customers throughout their lifecycle and ensure campaign targeting captures the most relevant 1st and 3rd party data signals
• Career Growth: You will learn to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.

Compensation Range: USD $25.00 - USD $27.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
