Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Product Intern to support our PeopleCloud platform. You will work with product managers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners across the lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience turning customer and business needs into product requirements and user stories.

This 11-week program provides professional development, hands-on training, networking opportunities, and consideration for full-time employment. The role is hybrid with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, CS, IS, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design).
• Interest in Product Management, technology, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with others.

Overview

Curious about how technology products go from an idea to something customers actually use?

As a Product Intern at Epsilon, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our PeopleCloud platform and learning how Product teams turn customer and business needs into meaningful product solutions. You'll work alongside Product Managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners while gaining exposure to the product development lifecycle.

This internship is designed for students who are excited to learn, solve problems, and explore a career in Product Management or technology. You will build practical AI experience by learning how AI tools are incorporated into product development and software engineering processes, with opportunities to apply emerging technology in a real-world business setting.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

• Support Product Managers on real product initiatives and features.
• Learn how customer and business needs are translated into product requirements and user stories.
• Participate in product planning, brainstorming, and design discussions.
• Conduct research and organize information to help inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and other areas of the business.
• Help document requirements, decisions, project updates, and next steps.
• Gain exposure to Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira.
• Support product testing by helping evaluate how features work from a user's perspective.
• Identify questions, opportunities, and potential improvements throughout the product development process.
• Bring your ideas and a fresh perspective to real business and product challenges.

Epsilon’s Internship Program

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and consideration for full-time employment.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Interest in Product Management, technology, digital marketing, customer experience
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and thinking critically about how things could work better.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in collaborating with others.
• Organization and the ability to manage assignments and deadlines.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to ask questions.
• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, concepts, and ways of working.

Exposure to any of the following is helpful but not required. Experience can come from coursework, class projects, student organizations, volunteer work, personal projects, or previous internships:

Compensation Range: USD $32.00 - USD $36.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
