Job summary

La-Z-Boy Internship Program in Monroe, MI offers a Finance internship within the Finance Department. You’ll participate in hands-on projects that build business acumen and understanding of La-Z-Boy’s strategy and processes. Interns interact with senior leadership, present outcomes at season end, and receive feedback on the experience.

The program operates in a hybrid model with remote work two days a week. Currently enrolled in a four-year Finance degree with 2–3 years completed; strong MS

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Finance with 2–3 years completed.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team-based environment as well as individually.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Department on projects and day-to-day activities.
• Interact with senior leadership and present accomplishments at season end.
• Provide input on finance processes and business strategy; travel may be required.

Responsibilities could include participation in projects related to Finance.Our goal is to provide the intern with a practical, hands-on experience within Finance while developing overall business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy business strategy and processes.
