Job summary

Proliance Surgeons, Inc. seeks a Strategy and Integration Partner to manage complex organizational initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align project scope with business strategy, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires overseeing internal and external integrations, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving change across physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and ancillary services.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management, management consulting or internal consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing virtual and hybrid teams; client management and consulting skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex organization preferred.

Position Summary

The Strategy and Integration Partner is responsible for effective project management of large, diverse and complex projects across the organization. This position leads both direct and virtual teams through the development, planning, management, and implementation of various initiatives and related projects. This position applies solid project management skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. The incumbent also provides facilitation, communication, project structure/plans, and technical leadership for projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects with increased complexity, strategic priority, and/or visibility. These would include key initiatives spanning the organization, and in collaboration with other functions and leadership groups. Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and guiding them through project completion.
  • Managing customer expectations beginning with initial problem identification and on through the project lifecycle. Communicating significant issues promptly to management, staff, and affected customer(s).
  • Facilitating change management, people management and process improvement plans and activities.
  • Proactively informing and influencing others in order to maintain the balance required between business needs, project partner strategy, and financial requirements/budgets.
  • Identifying, gathering, and analyzing all pertinent data, research and/or information necessary to accomplish project goals. Processing information quickly and can translate and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership, management, and other stakeholders. Developing communication materials and tools to support the activities of the Strategy and Integration function.
  • Developing and managing project plans with key assignments, priorities, and responsibilities, holding all stakeholders accountable and adjusting as needed throughout the process.
  • Supporting the VP of Strategy and Integration to manage integrations (both internal and external) related to physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), ancillary clinics such as physical therapy, and the broader MSO.

Reporting

The role would report to the VP of Strategy and Integration for Proliance Surgeons.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday. This position is remote but candidate must be willing to come on-site as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Strategy and Integration Partner include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages projects with increased complexity, strategic priority, and/or visibility. These would include key initiatives spanning the organization, and in collaboration with other functions and leadership groups. Leads multi-disciplinary project teams and guiding them through project completion.

  • Supports the VP of Strategy and Integration to manage integration activities (both internal and external) related to physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), ancillary clinics such as physical therapy, and the broader MSO
  • Facilitates project meetings, sets agendas, and documents any notes or action items.
  • Works independently and manages time effectively. Makes informed decisions about where to invest efforts based on established priorities as demonstrated by: completing assignments on time; communicating with leadership regarding prioritization and target completion dates based on business need or impact.
  • Responsible for positive relationship management with leadership and team members, as well as assisting teams with the development of the project charters to include mutually agreed upon scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • 4+ years of project management, management consulting or internal consulting experience.
  • Previous consulting experience is heavily preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration,ora relatedfieldpreferred.
  • Experience in managing virtual and hybrid teams. Experience in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external customers, client management and consulting skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex organization preferred.
