Job summary

ZS is seeking a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate to tackle client challenges with data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll design analyses, conduct market research, and synthesize findings for senior teams, while embracing a client-first mindset.

You’ll bring a quantitative degree, proficiency in Office, strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to travel for client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong academic record in quantitative analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions for client problems.
• Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights for client decisions.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams.
• Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions.
• Take responsibility and ownership for assigned project deliverables.
