Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant

ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research and analysis, underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

What you’ll do

• Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions for our clients' business problems.
• Assist in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on certain project aspects.
• Support the management of the program plan, conduct regular status updates with clients, and assist in risk and issue mitigation. Drive the project forward to meet goals and deadlines.
• Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to ZS's capabilities.
• Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams.

What you’ll bring

• PhD or Master's degree with quantitative coursework in fields such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
