DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to train AI models by testing, judging, and refining model outputs for business problems.

You will write client-style briefs, review AI responses with an eye for rigor and structure, and flag issues with clear reasoning. The role focuses on strategy, market research, leadership communications, and operations transformation in a flexible, remote setup.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Professional experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO, or deal advisory.
• MBA or other postgraduate degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Write client-style briefs from engagements you know well and run them through AI models.
• Review each response like an associate’s work before it reaches a partner: problem framing, structure, analytical rigor, insight, storyline, and relevance.
• Flag concrete issues such as unsupported claims, faulty numbers, buried recommendations, or vague conclusions, and explain your reasoning.
• Compare responses head-to-head and pick the one you’d present to a leadership team.
