Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to train AI models on business problems, evaluate outputs, and provide sharp, written rationales that guide the next generation of AI tools. You will test models on client-style engagements, judge their reasoning, and shape recommendations for leadership teams.

Responsibilities include drafting briefs, reviewing AI-generated work with an eye for rigor and structure, and flagging issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO or deal advisory.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and critiquing work for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write client-style briefs from engagements you know well and run them through AI models.
• Review each AI response like an associate’s work before it reaches a partner: framing, structure, rigor, insight, storyline.
• Flag concrete issues such as unsupported claims or vague AI-sounding conclusions and explain your reasoning.
• Compare responses head-to-head and pick the one to present to leadership.
