Qualifications

• Outstanding record of influential scholarship with strong publication and citation history.
• Publishes in leading scholarly journals in strategic management, entrepreneurship, international business, sustainability, technology strategy, or related fields.
• Teaches doctoral, MBA, master's, and undergraduate strategy courses such as Managerial Economics and Strategy.
• Mentors doctoral students and junior faculty; provides academic leadership within the department and school.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral, MBA, master's, and undergraduate strategy courses.
• Contribute to curriculum development and strategic initiatives within the School of Management.
• Mentor doctoral students and junior faculty members.
• Build collaborations across UB and with external stakeholders including industry and government.
• Participate in professional organizations and the broader scholarly community.
