Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical.
• Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities.
• Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to contribute in a team environment across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supports Strategy & Initiation Director with new programs, strategy initiatives and program processes to gain efficiency and improve technology.
• Leads workshops, studies and client related meetings to support program strategy development and initiatives.
• Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval.
• Compare reports and data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data.
• Reviews published reports, materials and recommend revisions or changes in data, format, or content.
• Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools #epjobs #naepjobs
