Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products.
• Ability to work in teams and actively participate in decisions.
• Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supports Strategy & Initiation Director with new programs and strategy initiatives.
• Leads workshops, studies and client meetings to support strategy development.
• Organizes data and reports, formatting for regular intervals.
• Compares reports to norms to verify accuracy and baseline data.
• Reviews published materials and suggests revisions as needed.
• Performs data analysis and prepares data for viewing via software tools.
