Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a Strategy and Implementation Manager for General Internal Medicine’s ambulatory leadership. You will develop analyses, engage clinical and operational leaders, and drive change across the department.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll lead strategic projects, define performance metrics, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize patient flow and experience while collaborating with senior stakeholders across BMCHS.

General Internal Medicine’s 200 primary care providers conduct more than 135,000 visits per year. We are looking for a Strategy and Implementation Manager to lead strategic projects that improve operations and enhance patient care and experience. Under the Department’s Director of Operations, the Strategy and Implementation Manager works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders within the Department and across BMC’s ambulatory space to implement change.

$71,500.00- $104,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
