OPEN Healthcare US (OHUS) is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Associate in Gardena, on-site at our laboratory. You will shape corporate and marketing strategies, build financial models, and craft strategic memos while coordinating with executive leadership and Korea HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience with analytical ability and ownership mindset.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in developing financial models and strategic storytelling on the job.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
• Structure business hypotheses and draft business plans, executive presentations, and strategic memos.
• Support financial analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments.
• Contribute to Go-To-Market strategies for new laboratory offerings, including pricing and launch planning.
• Monitor US diagnostic and healthcare markets and track industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Act as liaison between US operations and Korean HQ to align strategies.
• Communicate deliverables across time zones with cultural agility.
