Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC, a US/Europe‑based firm, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support planning, management, and execution of strategic projects alongside the leadership team. You’ll help build the story around Gen II’s opportunities and add value to the business.

The role offers exposure to multiple functions, development of analytics and tools, and a path to grow with a company that values internal promotion and employee well-being. Hybrid work schedule in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with track record of success.
• 1–2 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking or relevant strategy/project management.
• Experience in a relevant industry is a plus but not essential.
• Confident yet open to feedback from all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities at the firm.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and action plans.
• Develop tools and analytical capabilities to sustain growth.
• Lead organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Support ongoing execution and reporting of client and firm initiatives.
