Archwell Capital is seeking a Strategy & Finance Associate to join our team based in Radnor, PA. This is a high-visibility, executive-facing role for a sharp, driven professional with a background in investment banking or management consulting, ready to take on mission-critical projects that tackle some of Archwell Capital's toughest strategic questions. The Associate will rotate across key strategic priorities for Archwell Capital and its family of operating companies, building financial models, developing strategic recommendations, preparing executive-level presentations, and helping ensure momentum on the initiatives that matter most to leadership.
