Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Publish in leading scholarly journals and advance knowledge in strategic management.
• Teach doctoral, MBA, master's and undergraduate courses in strategy and related disciplines.
• Mentor doctoral students and junior faculty.
• Provide academic leadership within the department, school and university.
• Contribute to curriculum development and strategic initiatives within the School of Management.
• Build collaborations across UB and with external stakeholders.
• Engage in professional organizations and the scholarly community.
