Qualifications

• PhD required in a business discipline or related field.
• A research portfolio with influential scholarship.
• Ability to teach at doctoral, MBA, master's, and undergraduate levels.

Responsibilities

• Publish in leading scholarly journals and advance knowledge in strategic management.
• Teach across doctoral, MBA, master's, and undergraduate programs.
• Mentor doctoral students and junior faculty.
• Provide academic leadership within the department, school, and university.
• Contribute to curriculum development and strategic initiatives within the School of Management.
• Engage in collaborations across UB and external partners.
