Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Director of Strategy for U.S. Pharmaceutical Distribution.

The role partners with segment leadership to shape insights and drive executable strategy across Strategic, Community & Specialized Pharmacy, McKesson Health Systems, and related segments. You will lead analytical workstreams, build financial models, and influence senior stakeholders within a large healthcare distribution network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy roles such as consulting, corporate strategy, or investments.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical services, or distribution preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling linking market dynamics to P&L outcomes.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering executive-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead portions of problem-solving sessions with the team and business partners.
• Develop and maintain financial models translating market shifts into quantified P&L implications.
• Track regulatory and policy developments and assess their financial and competitive impact.
• Prepare concise, executive-grade documents and present recommendations to initiative teams.
