PwC’s Strategy & Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate role supports clients through mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships within our Advisory practice. You will provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services while building client connections and mentoring others.
You will work across the full transaction lifecycle, from deal strategy and diligence to execution and post-deal value creation, embracing ambiguity to deliver high-quality solutions that drive value.
The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive successful deal outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and deliver quality solutions.
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
