Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy & Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate Intern to support strategy and technology work across deal-related client projects. You will contribute research, analysis, and project tasks, gaining exposure to PwC Advisory practices with a focus on Deals and Deal Strategy services.

You will support business development, prepare materials, gather information, and help document findings that inform technology strategy across the deal lifecycle while observing and learning

Qualifications

• MBA or pursuing MBA degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• For MBA applicants, one year from graduation at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support client strategy and technology diligence projects across deal lifecycle workstreams.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and technology capabilities to inform deal strategy analyses.
• Assist with data gathering, synthesis, and presentation development for client deliverables.
• Apply digital tooling and AI-enabled workflows to organize information, summarize findings, and streamline project tasks.
• Participate in team discussions, take notes, and track follow-up items to support project execution.
• Review transaction materials and identify key themes affecting strategic positioning and value creation.

The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate Intern you will support strategy and technology work across deal-related client projects, contributing research, analysis, and project tasks that help shape decisions in fast-moving situations. As an Intern you will support teams, observe and learn from experienced professionals, and participate in projects that build exposure to PwC practices within our Advisory practice, with a focus on Deals and Deal Strategy services. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to business development support, prepare materials, gather information from multiple sources, and help document findings that inform technology strategy work across the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client strategy and technology diligence projects across deal lifecycle workstreams
• Conducting research on market trends, industry developments, and technology capabilities to inform deal strategy analyses
• Assisting with data gathering, synthesis, and presentation development for client deliverables
• Applying digital tooling and AI-enabled workflows to organize information, summarize findings, and streamline project tasks

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
