As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Value Creation Consulting Intern, you will engage with clients to support strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, helping to maximize value and drive successful outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments.
