Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Strategy Coordinator to drive North America strategy, culture, and employee experience initiatives. You will coordinate engagement programs, prepare leadership materials, and support cross-functional execution to advance strategic priorities.

You will report to the Strategy Specialist and Business Strategy Manager, developing communications and roadmaps while maintaining calendars and action plans across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience.
• 3+ years in employee engagement, culture, or cross-functional operations.
• Experience preparing leadership materials and concise summaries.
• Strong organization, deadlines, trackers, and notes management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel formatting and charts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead employee engagement and culture initiatives across DTFS North America.
• Support Immersion Program development, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Manage culture core team activities and status reporting.
• Gather and summarize employee feedback and engagement insights for leadership.
• Prepare communications and materials for leadership reviews and town halls.
• Ensure messaging consistency across strategy, culture, and org initiatives.
• Track KPIs/OPIs and progress on engagement programs.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and special projects.
