Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services in North America seeks a Strategy & Engagement Coordinator to support theNorth America Strategy team, coordinating employee engagement, culture, and communications while helping create leadership materials and planned routines for cross-functional programs.

Based in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with teams across Mexico and Canada, prepare executive summaries and progress updates, and assist with budget tracking and governance processes to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years supporting employee engagement, culture initiatives or strategy execution.
• Experience preparing leadership materials and concise summaries.
• Strong organization and follow-through with multiple inputs.
• MS Office suite proficiency, especially PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives across DTFS North America.
• Support development and communication of the Immersion Program and leadership materials.
• Manage culture core team activities and track action items.
• Prepare communications and materials for leadership reviews and town halls.
• Track KPI’s/OPI’s and progress for engagement initiatives.
