Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive Risk Adjustment Accuracy Management (RAAM) strategy and analytics. Lead analytical work, isolate business issues, and design actionable recommendations for senior leadership across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA lines.

You will guide project delivery, mentor team members, and develop formal recommendations and strategic documents to inform key decisions. Hybrid or remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field.
• 2 years post-grad strategy/management consulting experience or equivalent internal strategy groups in healthcare.
• 6 years related experience in business or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant strategic experience in lieu of Master's degree.
• Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance and/or Provider operations.
• Experience in operational improvement; knowledge of CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC, and/or CDPS risk adjustment models.

Responsibilities

• Work with business/ market owners to identify key business issues and develop solutions and recommendations.
• Lead the delivery of evolving risk adjustment initiatives aligned with RAAM's strategic plan.
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external strategy resources.
• Serve as subject matter expert on risk adjustment programs for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA lines of business.
• Provide informal leadership and guidance to junior team members; may supervise on a project basis.
• Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies for analyzing strategy issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
